1. Should you purchase or sell a home through me I will credit you at the close of escrow (transaction) $2,000 or twenty five per cent (25%) of the gross commission received by me, which ever is less.

2. Once you decide to move here to our Las Vegas Valley, and ask me to help you find a REALTOR to work with in your area and I am able to negotiate a referral fee from that agent for the listing of your home, I would have that agent credit to you in the form of a reduced commission that you would pay on your sale (transaction). That portion would normally be twenty five per cent (25%) of the listing side. I will honor this only when you are purchasing a home through me here in the Las Vegas Valley.

3. If you are selling a home here in the Las Vegas Valley and want to list and sell your home through me and purchase a home through me, I will credit you one per cent (1%) of the selling price of your home at the successful purchase and close of a home through me.
